Dynamic indicator lights

Look, I know this might go down like hot sick... But I love the look of 'dynamic indicators' as often seen on VW / Audi's / a lot of new cars. Is there any aftermarket options for headlight / brake light units with dynamic indicators for E85/E86s? I have a non xenon 2007 E86 and am keen.

Chaser indicators have been done by someone on here. Looked pretty good.
