So is it straight forward enough to change? I'll check the wiring first but I have these codes which I suspect points to the module being faulty.

Very simple, just remove the left front wheel and wheel arch cover. Everything is accessible without removing the bumper cover.

I had a DWA module fault on my first E89. It turned out to be the drivers door microwave sensor. There is one in each door. The cable had been ripped out leaving the terminals exposed and a blown fuse. I replaced the fuse to receive the fault. Then on investigation discovered the damage. I repaired the cable connection and happy days. Worth checking as it was a result of the door card removal and been dropped without disconnection.
