SOLD DSP sub woofers, mounting plates and soft boxes £125

As per title, pair of DSP (Top HiFi) sub-woofers complete with mounting plates and soft boxes. £125 posted UK.

Absolute noob question... Will my Business CD head unit (no DSP or Nav) run these with minimal faff to get running (I dont fancy installing amps etc)?
If yes, can I take them ?

Would splicing them into the exising rear speakers, with a filter, work?

Hi Meds (and thanks @bigwinn)
You won’t be able to drive these big bass units off the head unit.
However, as an alternative I could provide the plates and soft boxes (which are necessary) with a pair of 4 ohm speakers which are the same as the ones in your footwells. They would fit and you would be able to splice them off the existing rear speakers. I know Bigwinn has done this. You won’t get the same sound as DSP, obviously, but it will be an improvement on the standard 6-speaker set up.
£65 if you are interested.

After some research and advice, it's obvious these speakers aren't for my current setup.

You had a list of serial number ranges which work with the standard setup. I used that at the time to buy the correct subwoofers, perhaps useful for Meds
