Hi all,
Some of you may have seen I was after a Z4MC recently... Happy to report I found the one, which happens to have all the goodies bar extended leather.
My previous 2 Zeds only had the standard 'Professional' 6-speaker stereo and CDC prep - which made fitting a GROM/BlueAudio Bluetooth adapter really straight forward. Now the new E86 has DSP (S677) and CDC Prep (S692) and I cannot for the life of me find the cables for the CDC so I can connect a Bluetooth module to them.
I have found many posts about this and from what I understand later cars (including all facelift) don't have coaxial cables, so I shouldn't need an adaptor, but I am unsure about this. May I ask those of you who have done this for some light, please?
The car does have an iPod cable linked to the back of the radio as well - assuming this is aftermarket too.
Some photos that may help you help me:
