DSC light flashing for no reason

Today I was accelerating down a highway ramp when the DSC light started flashing yellow and I lost some engine power. The weather was warm and dry, and I was using moderate throttle, so there was no reason for the DSC to actually engage. The condition lasted for about 10 seconds, and throttle wouldn't respond, after which everything returned to normal — no warning lights and no error codes stored when I got back home and did a scan. Any guesses what happened?

Probably one or more of your ABS sensors starting to fail, or reluctor ring rusted

I had similar but mine was when cornering

Bought new and it sorted it

I had the same recently it was the reluctor ring, you might find your speedo stops working soon too

Could be a seized Calliper ….I had a rear drivers side seize and the heat set off the warning lights .

Changed the seized calliper and all good 🤔

It's not the brakes, I also did a live scan for all 4 wheel speed sensor values over a 30 minute drive, all seemed normal. For now, I'll just let it be and see if it comes back.

Thanks for contributing!
