Or a heart rate monitor. I never send silly texts when drunk but have sent more than the odd ill-advised one when angry.

Try this (you never know):

Call her and say you need to appologise, but you want to appologise in person (talking face-to-face always has more impact, she can see how sincere you are). When you see her, don't bring flowers (never buy flowers when you did something wrong) but just be honest with her: you had too much to drink and you were in a bad mood. You texted something you didn't mean and now you feel regret. Don't promise it will not happen again but just tell her you will be more careful and polite with her next time, as you feel she deserves much better.

Then take a picture of her and post it on Z4-forum as a "thank you" for saving your ass.

Ohhhhh jonny.... Relationships are hard , really hard and in honesty sometimes we need to do the silly drink texts ect to just kinda extend the olive branch .....think we've all been Thier at some time!!!
