Drivers window

Hi

When I open the drivers door more often than not the drivers window goes down. When I get in and shut the door the window goes down. As you can imagine when it is raining or snowing this can be very annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Have you tried resetting. Think its open all the way then close all the way and hold the button for 10 seconds.

May have that wrong though!
