drivers seat moves about 1/2" either way

Hi,

Wondered if anyone had experience this problem with the seat?

The drivers seat moves 1/2" either way when accelerating/braking. The seat is fully locked in position. I assume its worn bushes or something? I know its pretty common on the z3.

The car only has 40'000 miles on the clock. thanks in advance.
 
I checked the four main securing screws and they were fine. It seems you need the weight of the driver to make it happen as you can only get a very small amount of movement with your hands alone. Obviously space is a bit of an issue when trying to get around and see where the problem lies.

As I put on my previous post it feels like it could be bushes or mounts or something. I know that it is a common problem on the z3 with exactly the symptoms I'm having but know one seems to experience it on the z4. Thanks for your idea's :)
