If I had been that driver, then I think I would have deserved everything that is coming my way. I would say driver was in experienced as I have just checked the location out on Google maps, and I would say the driver accelerated at speed as the vehicle exited the roundabout. Driver inexperience gets my vote

At £28k it's obviously an AUC model so probably done most of its depreciation.

But you never buy a AUC at the price the insurance comp will pay out.
