Just got back from seeing this. A proper boys night out film. Gory, fast and loud. If you grew up with 2000AD comics, you'll love it :thumbsup:

P.S. Judge Anderson is a proper hottie :wub:
 
When I first seen this advertised I thought it would be pants but have heard nothing but good things so far, still need to get myself to the Cinema this week to see it!
 
If you have the early ones, they already are. I had issue's one through 20 kept safe. My mother had a "tidy up" and car-booted them, along with some classic vinyl my dad owned (Beatles, Stones etc) :headbang:

:o -yes early ones,SWMBO keeps telling me to ebay them for a set of alloys!
 
I don't think eBay is the best place for those. Specialist mags etc for sale sections might be better. I'll never know, some lucky bugger probably paid 50p for the lot of mine. :cry:

Quite fancy this, though doesn't sound like a SWMBO film... Shame it's an 18, can't take Wee Bing :(
 
Definitely not a swmbo film, unless she likes gory action movies. It's the first 18 I've seen in a while, and deserves the certificate. Too much for wee Bing
 
Saw it on Wednesday with my best friend (female) while she enjoyed it to an extent (commented that she was bored during some of it!) it was far too gory for her also..

However I thought it was great, Karl Urban another fantastic result :thumbsup:
 
Films adapted from comics on the whole tend to be terrible (especially the first Dredd film with Stallone) - this version though really gets it right!

Best comic / fim crossovers: Dredd 3D, Kick Ass, Scott Pilgrim, Hellboy (both fims)

Worst:.Tank Girl, Constantine (Hellblazer), League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
 
I saw the trailer when I went to see Dark Knight Rises. I think it is better than Total Recall (2012).
