....leaving it in car parks.

Returned to mine today....nice big dent in the passenger side door.

Will post some pics up tomorrow.

Anyone know of a good dent removal company? I'm based in Milton keynes.

:-(

Someone reversed into my 320d the other week, directly in front of 4 CCTV cameras which were all failing to record. So I feel your pain.
I don't live anywhere near MK but all I can say is if you have a 'Chips Away' franchise anywhere near you, stay clear of them, avoid. That's based on my experience alone however, localised to one branch, but I wouldn't trust them with pencils & crayons never mind paint and bodywork.
Good luck though.

I know that feeling, especially living in the land of roundabouts.

For sure....no chips away coming near the //M

I've got the number of a guy called Andy Johnson ...apparently he does work for Aston Martin in Newport pagnel.

He's going to drop by and give me a quote next week.

Try the old heat gun and freezer spray trick before you call in a dent removing chimpanzee

Give Roy (Top Dent) a call.

Been using him since 2004 and is one of the best. He can take his time to get to you as he's very busy in the trade, but well worth the wait.

PM me and I'll pass on his number.

I've been very lucky in my ownership, in that I've never had a car park scrape/bump.

Had a truck come into me, but no car park dents.

Never had an issue with the 'heavy' clutch either, as my M5's clutch was much heavier - as were the brake & accelerator pedals.

I used to find no matter where I parked it, someone would park next to it even when there are many other empty spaces around - some with spaces either side too. It reminds me of using toilet facilities. Some(including me) will go to the cubicle furtherest away from an occupied cubicle, where as others will use the one right next to - even if all the others are empty. They're probably the peephole types however :)

Not just you James, I'm a short arse at 5'6" and found the clutch pedal too long, made my ankle ache something rotten, so much so I was going to pad out the pedal but ordered a 35is instead, bit extreme admittedly but in for a penny etc...

That's crap luck op, some proper selfish 'I'm ok screw you' folk about, hope you get it sorted, these dent guys can do some brill repairs, best of luck.

What is wrong with chips away? I have several stone chips and was actually thinking of calling them down.

I used chips away years ago when I had my Monaco blue z4. Wanted them to sort a scuffed rear bumper. I though they had done a good job then noticed they had sprayed the area black and blended it nicely into the rest of the Monaco blue bumper

They only sorted it when the owner of the franchise agreed it wasn't right.
