Hi folks,
I'm planning on the double Vanos repair fairly soon. I'll be buying the full X8R repair kit (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FOR-BMW-DOUBLE-TWIN-DUAL-VANOS-SEALS-REPAIR-SET-KIT-M52-M54-M56-WITH-GASKETS-/221946288092?hash=item33ad0797dc:g:uM8AAOSwcdBWT1Oq) to be on the safe side.
Also to be safe, i'm planning on replacing the two left handed t30 screws as the last thing I want is for these to thread or snap. Am I correct in saying that they are part number 9 of this diagram? http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=BT53-USA-03-2004-E85-BMW-Z4_30i&diagId=11_2170
Also, are there any other parts outside of the vanos repair kit and t30 screws that anyone would reccomend replacing while I'm doing the Vanos repair?
