Double Doh ARRRGGHHHHH!!!!

Got up this morning to go to work an oh dear cant find my season ticket for the commute into London!! Anyway, spent the day turning the house upside down and the garage and the shed insearch for said ticket which is in its own little holder. retraced my steps from when i last had it (to the station, then the petrol station, then the route i walked the dog twice!!) phoned up and cancelled the ticket, ordered a new one (3 - 5 days) Blamed the wife

Just moved the dogs bed out of the way to get something out of the cupboard and FFS there it is under the dogs bed FFS!!!!!!!!

Still i have taken the rest of the week off until my replacement card (electronic ticket) turns up... the Northern in me refuses to buy replacement daily tickets in the mean time. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I know that feeling - thought I'd lost my wallet one time and so in a panic cancelled all the bank cards that were in it only to find it a few minutes later :roll:

Reminds me of a day I had 8 or 9 years ago!

Left home in Berkshire on a business trip to Lancashire. Stopped at Frankley services on the M5 to get a coffee, but couldn't pay for it because my wallet was at home! :headbang: I didn't have enough change to cover it! Carried on and had my meeting - bought a cheap bottle of water but had to go without anything to eat!

Luckily the car (E46 320td) had a full tank when I set off so it was no problem doing 450 miles without needing fuel - phew!

Since then I leave some cash in the car! :lol:

So annoying when that happens. I cancelled a card I thought the cashpoint had sucked in. Got off the phone and somehow it it was in my wallet. :?
