Door Rubber Strip Removal

can someone tell me how to remove the rubber seal on the door were the metal clips are for the door card. Do both sides come off, inside and outside?

3 of my clips are broken and i needed to get the strip off to attach the connectors.

also is it worth getting a new strip? or are they silly expensive?

Don't know about price.
Had my door card off other day so from there,
Using a wide plastic trim tool start at the wing mirror end of door but inside, push trim tool between metal work an rubber an lever up but work your way along door not bending to much in 1 place,
The big rubber cap that sits at the end has 2 retaining bungs built in
Then work your way back along the door on the outside towards the wing mirror
