Door pocket covers

I've found these in the door pockets of my Z4M. They seem like a perfect fit but I'm wondering whether they are a genuine item that came with the car, or if they are aftermarket?

Anyone seen them before?

Ah you might be right. So the side shown in the pic should be faced down in the door pocket?

I may put them back in the car if they are a genuine item
