this vid may help, its for removing door trim but maybe there are retaining fasteners behind mirror housing location after removing the trim

check the mirror glass is adhered properly on removal too. they fall out sometimes.
edit. would suggest you fashion a mating plate or backing to sit inside the housing if using epoxy as eopxying just the broken edges aint gonna cut it for u. theres too much weight to carry for just the edges and will be subject to vibration when driving.
cant really tell from your photo but you might be able to get away with epoxying just the 2 surfaces, where theyre supposed to meet. u wont be able to swivel ur mirrors up anymore tho and if you have motors you'll have to deactivate them.
