Door lock nob has dropped

Not a massive issue but the door knob that pops up and down has dropped on the passenger side. Door still opens fine........not sure I want to start taking door card off if its a pain. Plus there is a airbag.

Any advice would be great.

One other question....some of the black plastic which the mirrors attach to has faded. Back to black the best fix?

Mosty likely the metal rod has popped out of the lock unit.
Door card comes off fairly easily and the airbag remains bolted to the door, so no issues there.
I have found Autoglym bumper gel works well on the mirror plastics.

I don't suppose you know of or have a seen a "how to video" for this? maybe the end part of the door card can be opened enough to fix.

Good chance it can yes. It's just pop in clips, so get a trim tool along the rear and bottom edges and prise the card outwards a bit.
