Door insulation replacement

I have some replacement door insulation coming tomorrow and I’m not sure if it has the butyl seal attached or do in need to buy some?

If I do need some, anyone bought some recently?

Looking on ebay normally gives you a good idea of how much your local dealer will supply you parts for and the ones being sold on there by dealers are 80 odd a side. Wowser
