Does radiator fan motor from e83, e90 fit?

Hello!

Does anyone have experience if the radiator fan motor from e83 or e90 fit e86?
Are the chips on the fan motor different? On e83 some numbers on the motor stickers are same.
The housing is different yes and bmw does not have part number for just the motor.

Much easier to source x3 motor fan rather than e85 :S

Hey Andrihallik.
Realoem.com will show the interchange for anything you lookup that's BMW! I don't quite know how to navigate to radiator fan motor, as I have only started using the site recently as well. Yet, I could search up the fans and they were not the same feel free to check yourself!
