Ok so the whole Nav thing is new to me as Ive only had my ///M for a few days,
Ive changed the perspective to 3d which I'm happy with :)

However I was reading "voice commands" in a manual I had from my old BMW and I see that theres a few navigation commands in there,
Now Id go and try it on my car but I'm no where near it right now :P

I know the Bluetooth is voice activated, Ive used that a few times, But what about the Nav?

My navigation system has voice commands.

Usually, SLOW down, You missed the street again, why are you going this way, Watch out for that car.

ahh gotta love the wifes comments

All w/o the aid of a back seat :D

I have nav and the voice commands work great and can be set to a certain volume level too. Works great!

I do not believe you can talk ot your nav system. For example, you can say take me to 143 Manhattan Avenue with a postal code nut the nav system will not hear you and will not take you there. I believe that the nav system in an ML63 AMG can do that - where is that MBW (Mercedes Benz W) Wondermike :fuelfire:

when i read the manual it said you could do things like ask for the nearest hotel and to zoom out on the nav, but not read street names.

should be possible and the only clause i know is if ur bluetooth will accept voice...
