Dodo Juice Red Mist - OMG!

Tried some of this stuff today and, well im amazed at the results.

Washed the car down, no wax today, last time it was waxed was about 3 weeks ago. Perfect chance to try a wax top up and have had the DJ Red Mist sitting in the shed for a while. Now I gave it a tough test today, in the 27 degree heat, on black paintwork - mad? yes, but the results speak for them self. Its such an east product to use, apply with a foam pad, then wipe off stright away to leave an unbelievable shine and mega flake pop! Take a look at the pics...

If youre wondering if you should get some, order a 250ml bottle which should be no more than £15, you will never look back. Ive done my while car and only used a cap full out of the bottle so must last ages!

Oh and yes it was very hot inside the car, haha.

Anyway cheers for looking, have a great weekend! :driving:

Very shiny 8)

Isn't Red Mist a spray though, or is there now a wipe on version ?

Cheers mate, My RM came in a bottle with a screw cap, hmm thought it a bit odd but once id set off with the foam pad that seems to be the best way and makes it last longer.

Ah, sometimes you buy the spray head separately on detailing site. But like you say, it is going to last longer, and the results are ace

Mine was the same, but I had a spray top that fitted the bottle!

OP - great job, it is fantastic stuff!

Dodo Juice have a range of products - the waxes and sealants tend to be colour specific in terms of light / dark / coloured paints, but a bunch of the range (like this one) are not colour specific.

Great results. Looks stunning

Do you think Dodo Juice Red Mist would be suitable for Montego Blue?

Looks good. I know what it's like looking after black. What do you use to seal or wax the paint? I can thoroughly recommend Autobrite Abyss, mines had two coats now and looks like liquid black before I even put on any detailer. It also repels water and dirt like you wouldn't believe.

At the moment I'm on a tub of auto glym high def paste wax. Really easy to use as its like butter to apply and comes off easy. Will look into autobrite abyss when I need a new wax as they also seem to rate it highly on detailing world.

Thanks to all for such kind words, makes it all worth while.

Spray on, wipe off.

The less pads etc in contact with the paint work the better.

Been using this stuff for years now, it's very good.

Oh and it's good for every colour too
