This is just a provisional post as I need to find out a bit more about what software version the sat nav is running.
Currently the bluetooth seems to have no functionality and when you go to the telephone section on the screen it changes to French and does nothing else.
The speech functionality also doesn't work and voice guidance can't be heard. (it isn't muted - I've checked)
BMW weren't interested and said 'they didn't know' when it went in for a service.
Is it an update or something that might have caused this?
Any thoughts would be gratefully received.
