Edit: try restoration-parts. He has some door pillar trims, not sure if they are what you are looking for.

What is wrong with yours. Are they broken/missing, or just the fasteners? I have had a standing search on these on fleabay for a year and none have come up. Bmwsupply and LLL Parts both have these listed at £200+ which basically means they are unavailable. The fasteners aren’t listed separately, but there are some that would probably substitute. A R60BBA said above, have you actually tried a dealer? It is very unlikely anyone has any spare and coupes don’t seem to get broken that often.
