Disastorous start to the weekend (TV Tuner)

Hi All..

Not the best start to the weekend! :(

After months of searching I finally bought a Hybrid Digital TV Tuner to replace my analogue unit. I currently have an E85 Zed with the pop up TV (Analogue) Sat Nav unit.

After installing the new Digital unit, it booted up ok & I could search/scan for digital channels however I then only got a black screen! I could here the relevant TV program background noise but no picture! :thumbsdown:

I noticed there was also no option for the Sat Nav either on this unit! Gutted. To make matters worse I put my old analogue unit back in and the display has gone a milky green colour! :(

Any ideas?

Sounds more like a bad connection than faulty items. Make sure all pins and wires are tight.
 
The ribbon most likely, common issue in X5 models.
