Diffuser Cut-out

Hi, I'm wondering if someone can help to replicate an exhaust cut-out on the right side of my diffuser. This would obviously be required to fit the quad exhausts on the car. I am happy to post this out to a forum member and pay for the service, or if anyone knows a reputable place that can cut plastic, that would be great. I'm based in Edinburgh.

I'm wanting a precise quality job done, hence the reason I'm not doing it myself as I don't have the proper tools to cut plastic. I don't want a cut-out that leaves jagged and rugged edges behind lol.

This was another job that crossed my mind a while back. I was going to use a dremel to cut it out but decided against the whole thing in the end.

Yeah I tried doing it with a Dremel on a spare diffuser I had lying around. It didn't really turn out well; looked a bit 'tacky'.
