R Roberltd2 Active member Village of The Dam May 9, 2025 #2 I had exactly these symptoms on y old Eunos (MX5). New clutch plates sorted it out. I think I bought a Sachs clutch plate kit.

M Mike6 Senior member May 9, 2025 #3 Possible the dual mass flywheel. Annoying but it can come and go without causing any problems .
