Response now is closer to having the Sport Button engaged. Surely a noticeable difference. Previous owner must have been pretty light on the throttle.
Found various methods on the Net, some rather conflicting. I used this one:
Key out, Pedal to the Floor, Key to 2nd position for count of ten, key out foot off pedal for count of 10, key in start car.
Worked for me.
