Dice Silverline Stopped Working

Good morning all,
I got in the car this morning and couldn't select my cd changer for the Dice silverline. Their is power going to the dice as its charging my phone. Any recommendations of getting it working again? I tried turning the car on and off but still nothing.

Have you tried resetting the unit by removing power to it either the harness from the business cd unit or where it plugs into the dice unit whichever is easiest to get to depending on where you fitted it. Also have you tried resetting your iPod/iPhone? Can you select anything? Internet radio? Does yours have the dsp module?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, my unit is behind the fabric wall, so a pain in arse to get to. I was going to reset the battery, as it's the quickest solution, which I'll try tonight
