that's good news

I don't guess with things like that - there is a big thread on another forum about the mess they left people in... some very unhappy people.

yeah, they are nice guys, I know some of the people out of pocket have now done charge backs etc on their credit cards... so not all lost.

I just don't like the culture of Phoenix companies, I've lost out before with that sort of attitude... ;-)

I have no worries if you dislike them I don't know the guys, they seemed ok but you never can tell

yeah i read about the fall out from Shinearama going bust. (i assume that why they stopped trading)

they did seem genuine guys and loved what they did. Phil was talking about supply problems tho from some of the big names on that training day so i wonder if those problems came home to roost

Just noticed this myself today... If a company goes into liquidation through no fault of their own would you have them destitute rather than be able to start up again?

I think that's where it all went wrong for them Pete. From the day we were there they were intimating all sorts of problems with suppliers. Its probably why no products just detailing this time around. Stock costs.

I can't see that being the problem myself, if they took orders and could not get the products they should have surplus cash, if they just could not supply they should still have their detailing business

I suspect high rent and wages could cause them to go bump
