By the seaside...
Well as it was such a nice sunny day, I took SWMBO out for a bit of a blast and, as we were nearby, we decided to pop into Crawley shopping mall so she could pick up a few bits - I was a bit apprehensive about parking in the multistory but, managed to find a reasonable spot :o

How many sheds were parked next to you when you got back because there like bee's round the honey pot.

Would have still had to park in end space!
See the huge kerbs in the bottom right corner, they're the edge of the end spaces, and they line all the ramps/curves/turns etc. as well - don't think I've ever been so careful as they would have done serious damage to wheels, sills, front spoiler etc.

Nose in?!? That's brave...

Not really there were no kerbs around the edge of the wall, otherwise I would have reversed in - or do you mean some people have difficulty judging the length of the bonnet?

Yep, me! I always reverse in

I used to always reverse park, but after the front being hit 3 times in 2012 (all paint scrapings, no impact damage) I now mosey park. Just have to watch the spoiler lip on those kerbs!!

Tapatalking...

In that Mall there are some lovely spaces where there is nothing but a 1.5 width space and walls either side. I always look for them 1st! ;)

Nice parking!

Why are there no other people around, I thought its January sales?

It was New Year's Day, about 2pm - I think a lot of people were still sleeping off New Year's Eve... the mall was fairly empty :D

We went to Brighton that day, were there by 9 am - nobody awake :)

You could have popped in for a coffee - you were only a couple of miles away.

Thanks for the offer - perhaps next time I'm dragged up to Crawley
