Anyone had a decat done,,??,,,,by what method/product, results,,???,,,,,,I would love more noise from my roadster but am conscious certain exhaust mods could affect power output,,,,also cats are a big drain on noise so it's a given that decat will have an effect....have seen the super sprint decat pipes that are available anyone got some,,,??.....

Hiya bud .
I had my secondary cats removed . (The ones under the car) and not a much difference noise wise .never noticed any loss of power .biggest difference to me was fitting 25mm bipass pipes to the back box.now the sound is just right for me .especially when giving it a revs overtaking.

id guess my current setup that came in is the best of both worlds, and a decat would sound so so so bad... rasp city on this motor, you need one with resonators in place to calm the horrific rasp down.
from what I'm seeing with my latest race cats they are so free flowing their will be minimal gain from a decat and i won't need to piss around come MOT time.
