Hi,

Recently purchased a Z and absolutely love it ! Took it down to the Le Mans Classic a couple of weeks ago, my first experience of open top motoring . Great to be part of the forum :D

Getting it before the Le Mans Clssic was a good excuse to get its leg's stretched.

Welcome, and be aware that the forum can not only become addictive, it can also become quite costly in getting those "must have" parts / mods / accessories!

Bought my 2006 2.0i on a family break in Lancaster earlier this month. Girlfriend had the joy of driving it all the way down to where we live in Kent giving me the excuse that she doesn't like the gears in my old Polo... clearly just a tactical move on her part! haha

Anywho, have visited the forum a few times since buying so suspect I'll be here a lot for your support and "how to"'s.

First Z4, first BMW, first self-bought car. what a way to begin my driving adventures! 8)

aaaaaaand I've just realized I've posted this under someone else's thread when everyone else has created their own.. first newbie fail! Should I create a bespoke one?

It was all going so well:
You bought a black roadster - the best choice
It has a whippy aerial
You posted pics

But you should really have your own post - suggest that you do a bespoke one.
