It's the engine warming up procedure, don't Rev into the orange lights until they've gone out. (barring the one at 7500rpm which is always lit). The red light is the 8000rpm redline.
Saying that I prefer to use the oil temp gauge and don't go beyond 3000rpm until the oil temp is well past 75c (the middle dot on the gauge). But that's just me, pays to be careful with these engines before they are at full operating temperature. Plus I think the orange lights go out too quickly compared to the oil temp.
