Dashboard top - best cleaning method?

My Zed's dashboard top seems to be fading and could do with cleaning. It's an odd surface, anyone have advice about cleaning and conditioning this - have tried a search in the detailing section - no joy...

I used ArmorAll on my Z4 dash for the first time last month. It was so dry, it seemed to soak it up. The dash looks great weeks later, and despite my worries, does not reflect the sunlight in a distracting way. The UV protectant in ArmorAll is an added benefit. For that reason, I also treated the cowl and the newly-installed rubber that surrounds the windscreen. If only I had used the product regularly on the (now) cracked dash of my SUV, it might still look like new.

tried many other products but found the autoglym easy to use & produced the best finish . returned dash & door tops to factory finish

Not sure what inspired me to try, but leather conditioner works fairly well on the dash, which is some sort of rubber composite. Probably better off with something specifically intended for rubber, but I rather like not enlarging my collection of auto care products.

Thanks all - I've got some Autoglym I'll try that - it is certainly an odd finish - now what about the aluminium surface - what to use on that!?

never thought to try that ?
after trying other stuff i waxed it with the AG SR polish & it came up like silk :)

Didn't some of it get into the grain and stick - the SRP?

I thought about metal cleaner, but swapped mine for a leather dash before my OCD got the better of me...
