Mike & I thought you'd gone the wrong way, then after waiting 10 mins for you to turn around, we decided you probably hadn't ! :oops: Just thought you needed you a head start really Terry ! :?

Tbh the last part of the run back home up the A39 was a complete ball breaker - down to 30 miles behind a milk tanker that just didn't think to pull over - did get my mpg average up though :x

As you say, it was the only bad bit of a top day.

We headed back South, via Barnstable and Holsworthy. Pretty trouble free run traffic wise. :D

Didn't drive the Atlantic highway route though, as that was still packed end to end, at 6pm on a Sunday, in mid September, when we turned off accross country. :o

We headed back the same way as you BuzyG down on the A388 then turned off toward Liftondown on the ‘B’ road for A30 back home.
