There is a junction near my office and I pulled out and didn't see this kerb....it had its top bollard missing....
I work for the council and reported it.....they said the highways department does not own it but Southern Electric do.....anyway, quote for a new wheel, new tyre and alignment, £1400, and they agreed to pay out!!
