Hey I wonder if Mr monkey could manufacture a pair of aluminium faceplates? Or does it have to be vaguely cylindrical to,interst him?
 
Faceplates are on eBay @ £9.99 delivered IIRC.

Don't pay them to fit them - takes all of 5/10 minutes per side. If you get stuck bring you car round and I'll help :thumbsup:

Done it before, and know the one thing you really need to focus on is not letting the wee black cover pop out of existence :lol:

It's not exactly an aero side skirt we're talking about either ....

There are two screws - one on the corner of the wee air vent with a plastic cover on it, and one behind the blanking plate (which needs to come off before you can see it. Then the vent just pulls straight out. The cupholder slides onto little runners and is secured with a screw at the rear. Then it all just slots back into the air vent slot. Make sure the metal retaining clips for the screws to go into are in place.
 
A Phillips screwdriver AND a star key set or driver is required as the as the screw that holds the cupholder in has a star head :)
