Cup holder issue

For some reason my driver side cup holder went in and does not want to come back out :oops: Must be too cold for it.

Is there a fix, or a quick way to get it back out, even with gentle persuasion i can get it back out :lol:

Anyone have a replacement drivers side for sale?
 
There is a return coil that can slip out. Mine did so and I refitted it, simple task. Gotta remove the vent above the cup holder (2x screw, each under a plastic cover) and slide the whole unit out. There are 2x Torx screws that marry the cup holder and vent together. The coil fits in a recess at the back of the cup holder and there is a tab that fits into a slot on the side of the outer assembly. You can see the tab in this image (small bronze looking thing):
