Even back then the Beeb was obvs in the mire hence the self procaliming "Were in the s**t let's bang our drum" vid.....notice Saville wasn't in it....wonder why...."We harbour wrong un's and charge you public for the privilege... Enjoy the BBC"

Bit like the Royal Family harbouring Andrew Windsor and us paying for his security eh?

Didn't the BBC and Prince William just collaborate on the Earthshot documentaries shown in the autumn?

:? Aa far as I'm aware Saville wasn't the BBC's son was he....? And so far he's not guilty of anything.

Wills indeed did earthshot for the greater good but he doesn't give interviews to the beeb for good reason, having said the beeb were guilty of decietful behaviour and cover ups towards his mother. Well they've had prior experience havent they with Saville for one.

generates considerable benefit to the economy
If the BEEB generates considerable benefit to the economy, why does it cost the British tax payer so much in annual fees?

Could it be the likes of a £272K salary for an assistant diversity manager that has something to do with it?

If the assistant manager is getting £272k - it begs the question what are they paying his boss?

Depends on how many tick boxes are fulfilled with that employment

They're brazen with the seemingly totally disproportionate number of black and Asians they have on staff and in programmes compared to whites.

I'm not that fussed as long as they can speak properly but anyone that mangles the English language like Alex Scott does shouldn't be allowed near a microphone. I used to like Football Focus on a Saturday lunchtime but I won't watch it now anything else that Ms Scott is on
