As per the title, cruise control stalk and lower cowl (to save me having to hack my current cowl around).

I don't think they need coding for the E85/86, but don't know about the E89.

So it might be worth the OP specifying what car he has and checking what model the one being offered is from!

Believe Eddie has a E85, so no coding required. Worth a bit of Internet snooping / forum friendly dealers to get a price for the stalk unless someone has one sitting around.

On the cowl, BMW have helpfully outlined the small area which needs to be cut - easily done with dremel or even stanley knife the plastic is so thin to leave a tidy finish.

Coding *is* required on E89's for completeness!
