Cruise control indicator?

I recently purchased a 2003 Z4 3.0i that was supercharged and I was wondering if there is supposed to be any indication of whether or not the cruise control is on. My cruise works but there are no lights or display options to tell me its on? Thanks for the help.

From memory mine doesn't have any indication that it's in use,

I thought mine was broken for months, but then realised it works but there’s no confirmation it’s working. Other than I can drive with both feet planted on the floor…

West Oxfordshire District Council has changed almost every road to 20mph limits where I live. It would be quicker to get anywhere flintstones-style!
