Croft Trackday

Here's a few pics from my first trackday which was yesterday at what's my local track, Croft.

It's the first time I've really pushed the car and I really enjoyed the chance to feel how it handles when pushed. I certainly had the DSC light flashing a lot more than I'll ever manage on public roads :driving:
I got to go out with an instructor fairly early in the day, me driving a few laps and then him driving a few in my car, my father went out with him too. The instructor was great and really helped me improve on my own over the rest of the day.

Anyway, here's the photo's. The last one is crying out for a caption....

The Mini's really screamed up the straights and seemed to have some very good drivers (apart from one that crashed  ) The M6's were just incredible with the ease that they flew down the straights. The Aerial Atom was just crazy fast, almost too fast to be sharing the track with the other cars.

Hehe, lights are still intact. Didn't get too out of shape at any time, unlike Plowy :poke:

I wouldn't want to put my car through it too many times but I'm glad I've tried it and know a bit more about how the car handles. Getting the mpg reading down to 16.8mpg was fun.

The black grills were the finishing touch to the front end  now I just need the rear lights changed, I should have nicked Plowys whilst he wasn't looking

Looks like a great day.
I would advise to cancel out the dtc next time to increase the fun factor :)...

Looks good and not too busy. How did you book to go? I'm interested in doing one.
