Z Z4andy Member Northern Ireland Apr 2, 2012 #1 Just developed a strange creaking of the steering when turning the wheel to the right. Does it when stationary and when moving. Currently driving me absolutely nuts :x Anyone know what it might be as the local dealers take forever to fault find.

M Maniac Lifer Apr 2, 2012 #2 Its something a dealer only is able to look at and resolve. I had my steering column replaced due to noises (knocking) it was the steering shaft knuckle joint.
