crashy suspension

thought the front of the car was going to fall off thismorninig any thoughts?

its a difficult thing to listen to as the roads in liverpool are so bad with holes/uneven surface/speedbumps/broken surface etc that it was only noticable as i was on a luxurious piece of smooth road and it was rattling as i went over minor bits.
 
Grab hold of one front wheel with hands at 3 & 9 , try to move the wheel . If any play at all & the nuts are tight (always check these first) then its most probably the front control arms . If you jack the car up then the same process will highlight the fault even easier
Mine needed replacing at 88k & were around £140 for both from BMW + labour :thumbsup:
