Had business in the 'City' (Birmingham) and access to a normally restricted area, so could not resist a couple of quick snaps amongst the suits, tourists and banks.

Ha - he made the woman he was with wait while he checked out the car. You can see her by the building

CJ , where is that in Brum?
Brindley Place - as I say don't normally get to drive around that bit.

I'm sure I've walked through there rather pissed more than once :)

Brindley Place?

(edit: Now I see your last post! Doh!)

Very nice

Just noticed you have a small front licence plate holder - looks very nice - where did you souce that from?

Source it?? I'm a banker, not made of money...

Actually made it myself. Cut 2" or so out the middle to match my plate size then plastice welded the 2 parts together. You'd need to look pretty close to spot it. 100£ legal as the plate has the correct fonts, spacing, border, etc.

Plastic weld :o Too advanced for me!

I have finally transferred my plate over from retention so will see if i can stick my smaller plate to the front with some thick 3m pads without a bracket.

Great shots, love the little touches you've done to your car they really finish it off without making it look too non-standard.

Thanks Siftah. Those who watched the build know I worked tirelessly to create 'OEM+' as a look, so that it does not appear overtly customised, but how BMW could have built it (or in some parts of the build how they should have).

Shame I could not have spent longer to get good shots rather than 'snaps'.
