coupe design gripe

following the other thread it reminded me about the design gripe i have with my coupe. Please no jokes from roadster owners about the fact the roof doesn't go down. I find that when I open the door to get in I often catch my arm or body on the door window because it sticks out at the back compared to the roadster that is rounded off because of the hood shape.

Does anyone else get annoyed by this?

Yes! - I went from roadster to coupe and have done ' clout shoulder on window'. - It REALLY hurts!

you can open the window when you unlock the door to ease getting in. its in the manual.
unlock then press and hold the ulock button again.
windows will go down.
Same when you get out but lock then hold lock button for windows to go up.

Tried that on mine and.....................the roof went down................

Having said that with the roof down I worry about catching my head on the window runner. :roll:
