I've had a quick go with my basic editing software. Not easy as the shading is gradual across the image.

Yes - better still to email the image as we are having to screen shot it to manipulate.

got rid of the yellow coat and darkened the image a bit.
That's as good as I'm going to get it.

No need to screen shot, just right click the image and save as,

IMO, looks better with the wheel tidied up, road markings removed and a smidgen of sharpening to remove some of the lens blur....

Yeah, but if I do that, I might as well change the angle, make it a more interesting colour and do some work on the background too...
