Cotwolds meet and drive

I can only do the 20th I have a friend back from over seas for a few days. So I will be getting a few catch up beers down my neck. And probably not safe to drive on the 21st

So who can do the 20th of July???
 
20th is fine MM, will schedule whatever time is agreed. SWMBO will be fine with it although she doesn't know where she is going as it is a secret since its her big 50 birthday on the 19th July and she has intimated on more than a few occasions that she wanted to re visit the Cotswolds again for a few days. So far however she thinks it could be Blackpool, Flamingo Land, or my favourite a caravan weekend in either Scarborough or Cleethorpes :lol:

I can recommend some nice places to stay if anyone wanted to make a weekend of it. If any one is interested i might be able to organize a tour of the local brewery. Not sure if its a great idea if we are all driving?!?! But i have done the tour and its not boozy.

machine monkey...why have you and lukemace, etc etc not got yourselves down for the National Lakes meet this weekend coming/ be good to meet up with you guys and your nicely modified z4's :D :poke:

Drove up through the Cotswolds last week. Burton on the water. Stow on the Wold, Morton on the Marsh. All very quaint, but the roads in between not that great and very busy and bumpy. Expect the locals know some rather better routes. :wink:

Will be up that way middle of August too, so I'll keep and eye on this thread.
 
I have a horrible feeling I won't be able to do this. We have a friend's daughter staying and I have to drop her in Bournemouth that weekend :(
 
This isn't taking off is it!! TBH I have just had a builder round to look at my falling down barn ( the one the cat thinks is his toilet ) and he is doing me a great price but with my help and all weekends starting soon. Might not be able to be out all day either. I will be coming to meet you swiftly :thumbsup:
