So my cat thinks I got the zed for him. :/ Needless to say I'm
Not impressed but should've known since he kept climbing onto the bonnet and hood when I was trying to clean the zed last weekend.

Be thankful that's he's not like my dog just her being outside all day by the Z gets hair all on the top :/ spent hours and hours taking off sheded hair

I'd be worried about kitty scratching the hood (and paint) too.
I spotted a cat lurking around my zed last week, I made my boyfriend go outside and shoo it away.

Trust me..I've been trying to dissuade him but he is a stubborn felix. I don't think he is using it as a scratching mat but he has shed alot of white fur on it. I was sent that picture when I was at work. :S

Our cats have always loved the roof of my Z, that's why it always lives in a garage now!

if you have ever seen the mess a shoo'd cat,(i mean one you have scared off, not one wearing boots ) can make scrabbling for traction on a mint and freshly waxed car, you would stop it getting near . nieghbour's moggy pawspun the bonnet of my imola 3m r when i first got it, took 1500 w and d and hours to correct it, pesky little bleeder !!! :headbang:

Lets hope the can stays shut. Have seen worms all over the place when cats on cars was discussed previously.

It's been discussed on here many times, in my experience it is almost impossible to dissuade a determined moggy from going on the roof, they love being high up and the material forms a perfect hammock.

Try using the cat as a micro fibre cloth for a fine polish finish, if that doesn't work use cat as a micro fibre alternative on the wash stage.
