Correct alignment for v1-

Hi all-i hope you all had a good day yesterday,just a quick question about aligning my knob -it comes with 2 allen key screws at the 10 and 2 o'clock position and an sm logo at the 6 o'clock -because i went for the unengraved type,i dont know which way round is top?-can any engraved owners shed any light on this for me-thanks

Andy, I don't have a fancy polished knob like yours, but I'm sure that I saw someone else on here talk about having the logo where you describe it - at 6 o'clock - so you can see it. Of course, if you are talking about the top top, then that's the round bulbous bit , not the thinner skinny bit

Thanks chaps-i thought as much!-better to look at the logo than screws-is that the correct setting for the engraved v1, does anyone know?
